Lender FAQs
Who is Lend Asset Assist (LAA)? Lend Asset Assist are a group of finance broker partners. If you lack accreditation with a particular lender in the asset finance space, they can provide you with an accredited service to get your leads funded. If you’re unsure about anything in the asset finance space, LAA can help assist you through the application and submission process. Make sure you select the “call me” option in the lender selection if you would like them to contact you before contacting your client. If you don’t select call me they will contact your client directly and you will receive updates through the Lend Platform.
Which Lenders can I submit full applications directly to? Most of our asset lender partners require you to hold accreditation, the table below outlines which lenders are available for direct submission and their accreditation rules:

Quote FAQ’s
My quote isn’t producing a result?
- Check the ABN search has captured the GST time by clicking on the “enter manually” text alongside the ABN result. This will show the ABN and GST registration time that has been returned from the ABR search. You may need to manually override the ABN search and calculate again or alternatively start a new quote and enter the ABN and GST details manually.
- Make sure all fields have been input correctly and check the purchase price and amounts are accurate and try to calculate again. If you still produce no result contact us on 1300 668 843 or email at contact@lend.com.au.
I can't find the asset type? If the asset type is not in the list provided please contact us on 1300 668 843 or email at contact@lend.com.au for further advice.
What years and months do I enter for new assets? For new assets the yrs and months should be entered as “0”. If the vehicle was a 2020 model you would enter 1 year.
What if I can’t find the right industry code? If you are unable to find the right industry code this field can be left blank and the system will still produce results.
How do I put in a percentage figure for balloon amounts? The system does not currently cater for this function, you will need to enter the balloon amount in $ terms.
How do I email the quote to my client? Select the quote you wish to send to the client, scroll to the bottom of the quotes proposals page and click the button that says “email quote”.
Application FAQs
The percentage complete doesn’t show 100%? The platform is being upgraded to improve the notification process for percentage complete and mandatory fields. If your asset finance application is at 78%, this is because you do not have bank statements attached. Regardless you should still be able to select a lender.
Lend Asset Assist Called my Client instead of me? You need to ensure call me is turned on when you submit end to end asset finance applications. This ensures that your contact details appear in the file sent to the lender.
What if I don’t know the credit score? Credit score is not a mandatory field in the application, you can leave this field blank if you don’t know the credit score.
How do I know what documents are mandatory for submission? If you are not accredited with a lender use Lend Asset Assist to advise you what supporting documents are required. As a guide you will need the supporting documents you selected as available in the quote plus the clients identification and signed privacy consent. For full doc loans in addition to this you will require the last 2 yrs financials and tax returns.
My customer details didn’t pass from the quote to the application? Make sure you click “sync to application” on the quote.
